AN APPEAL FOR HELP

I’m a volunteer assigned to help a senior citizen manage his affairs. This person is living below the poverty level and is unable to pay the second half of his property taxes.

I am very concerned he is in danger of losing his home due to his delinquent taxes. His home mortgage has been paid by taking a reverse mortgage on his home. There is no more equity in his home and he cannot get a readjustment on his “loan”.

Please consider making a donation, in any amount, to help this WW II, disabled veteran.

Donations can be sent to:
For Benefit of James Armstrong
c/o
Opportunity West Money Management Program
598 Nevin Ave., Richmond, CA 94801

Opportunity West Money Management Program is monitored and audited by the AARP Money Management Program Foundation.

Another alternative is to make your donation at any Chase/Washington Mutual Branch, for deposit in “For Benefit of James Armstrong” donation fund account.

About Mr. Armstrong:
1. Age 85
2. Disabled Veteran
3. No family
4. Lives alone
5. Has health issues
